Part-Time Administrative Assistant for the Senior Pastor


Purpose of Role: The Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor provides high-level support through managing communication, administrative tasks and maintaining processes to ensure the functions of the Senior Pastor's office runs efficiently. 

A successful candidate:

  • requires a cheerful, pleasant, and Christ-like spirit

  • has technical proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and church management software

  • has exceptional verbal and writing skills and is able to draft professional correspondence and newsletters

  • has a high level of discretion, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Prior administrative experience preferred, preferably in ministry or a non-profit setting.

Status (Full Time/Part Time): Part Time

Work Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm

Reports To: Senior Pastor
