Interfaith Homeless Outreach Council (IHOC) The mission of IHOC is to serve as a collective parent organization coordinating the people-power and resources of the member congregations and individuals to provide effective outreach to people experiencing homelessness in Camden County.

 

Interfaith Caregivers For more than 28 years, Interfaith Caregivers has been helping seniors in the community maintain their independence by providing free services to medical appointments, grocery stores, senior centers, and more.

 

The Neighborhood Center in Camden, New Jersey The Neighborhood Center envisions a “community living room” as a welcoming place where diversity is valued, and a community kitchen, store, and pantry become cultural bridges where individuals and families gather. The Center serves as a hub for uplifting the local community, enhancing the neighborhood, and promoting the health, safety, and economic stability of the local community. Community members visit the Center to take part in a well-developed social infrastructure that includes neighborhood watches, civic associations, cooking and gardening groups, walking groups, sports teams, and the like, which contribute to a sense of connectivity, identity, and ownership.

 

Respond, Inc Respond, Inc. is an organization created in 1967 by community residents to enhance and promote economic independence and general welfare of individuals and families residing in Camden City and Camden County. Helping people help themselves.

 

UrbanPromise The UrbanPromise mission is to equip Camden's children and young adults with the skills necessary for academic achievement, life management, spiritual growth, and Christian leadership.

Justice for Our Neighbors of the Delaware Valley (JFON) JFON is a ministry of hospitality, originally founded by The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), that provides free or low-cost immigration legal services to vulnerable immigrants, refugees, and asylum-seekers. JFON also advocates for immigrants’ rights and offers community education.
